제1조 (목적)
이 약관은 카멜레온프린팅(이하 "회사")이 제공하는 온라인 디자인 에디터 및 인쇄 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건을 규정합니다.
제2조 (회원가입 및 계정)
서비스 이용을 위해 아이디와 비밀번호로 회원가입할 수 있습니다. 회원은 정확한 정보를 제공해야 하며, 계정 보안에 대한 책임을 집니다.
제3조 (서비스 이용)
- 무료 디자인 에디터를 제공하며, 인쇄 주문 시 별도 비용이 발생합니다.
- 마일리지는 서비스 내 결제에만 사용 가능하며, 현금으로 환급되지 않습니다.
- 구독 서비스는 가입 시 명시된 혜택을 제공하며, 해지 시 잔여 기간까지 이용 가능합니다.
제4조 (지식재산권)
사용자가 업로드한 디자인의 저작권은 사용자에게 있습니다. 회사가 제공하는 템플릿 및 소프트웨어의 저작권은 회사에 있습니다.
제5조 (환불 정책)
인쇄 제품은 주문 제작 특성상 제작 시작 후 환불이 불가합니다. 제작 시작 전 취소는 전액 환불됩니다. 제품 하자 시 재제작 또는 환불이 가능합니다.
제6조 (면책)
회사는 천재지변, 시스템 장애 등 불가항력으로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
제7조 (분쟁 해결)
이 약관에 관한 분쟁은 대한민국 법률에 따르며, 관할 법원은 서울중앙지방법원으로 합니다.

第1条（目的）
本規約は、カメレオンプリンティング（以下「当社」）が提供するオンラインデザインエディターおよび印刷サービス（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。
第2条（会員登録およびアカウント）
本サービスのご利用にはIDとパスワードによる会員登録が必要です。会員は正確な情報を提供し、アカウントのセキュリティに責任を持つものとします。
第3条（サービス利用）
- 無料のデザインエディターを提供しており、印刷注文時に別途費用が発生します。
- マイレージはサービス内の決済にのみ使用可能で、現金への換金はできません。
- サブスクリプションは登録時に明示された特典を提供し、解約後も残期間中はご利用いただけます。
第4条（知的財産権）
ユーザーがアップロードしたデザインの著作権はユーザーに帰属します。当社が提供するテンプレートおよびソフトウェアの著作権は当社に帰属します。
第5条（返金ポリシー）
印刷製品はオーダーメイドの特性上、製作開始後の返金はできません。製作開始前のキャンセルは全額返金いたします。製品に不具合がある場合は、再製作または返金が可能です。
第6条（免責事項）
当社は、天災、システム障害等の不可抗力によるサービス中断について責任を負いません。
第7条（紛争解決）
本規約に関する紛争は日本法に準拠し、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属管轄裁判所とします。

1. Purpose
These Terms govern your use of the online design editor and printing services ("Service") provided by Chameleon Printing ("Company").
2. Account Registration
You may register with a username and password. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping your credentials secure.
3. Service Usage
- The design editor is provided free of charge. Print orders incur separate costs based on product specifications.
- Store credits (mileage) may only be used for purchases within the Service and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Subscriptions provide the benefits specified at enrollment and remain active until the end of the subscription period upon cancellation.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of designs you upload. Templates and software provided by the Company remain the property of the Company.
5. Refund Policy
Printed products are made-to-order and cannot be refunded after production begins. Cancellations before production starts are fully refunded. Defective products will be reprinted or refunded.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure, including natural disasters or system failures.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. For international users, disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
